Nu Union repeatedly takes out NSF/overdraft fees from my personal checking account when there were sufficient funds in my account. Not only did I have sufficient money in my account from a deposit I made that day, I also have over draft protection The most recent example occured on CU charged me two $28.00 NSF fees on 12/1/2009 at 6:03:44 and 6:03:45 p.m. respectfully as indicated in my check register.
