I ordered a customized research paper on December 2 from the website. My own research was not going well so I wanted to see what conclusions someone else would come to on my topic. I asked for 24 hour service. After 48 hours, I received nothing except confrimation that the moeny had been deducted from my credit card. When I tried to get a full refund, they finally responded by saying they had sent the paper twice and I should look for it in my junk/spam folder.
