I had a substancial amount of money in my bank account but the interest return was very poor. I had asked on numerous occasions why it is so low and to make sure I am in the highest interest rate catagory.They assured me my money was receiving the highest interest rate.After a lenthly time period a different bank representative said I was in the wrong account based on my balance and she would correct the account.The bank admitted they made a mistake and that I would be reimbursed the few thousand dollars in interest.As time went on I kept... read full review »
