My room mate and I are in our early 60's. We are both service connected disabled Veterans and have a combined income of nearly $300, 000/yr. We own 107 acres of land with water south of Pueblo, CO. We applied for a construction to permanent loan about14 months ago with Wells Fargo Bank in Pueblo. After 3 surveys and over 15 credit checks by Wells Fargo, we still do not have the loan.
