Trying to get someone with AT&T service who speaks English is bad enough. Trying to get a service rep who can "define" terms is worse. The agents (I spoke with 8 in total) kept changing the terms, "re-charge" and "re-fill" intermittently. When I asked for a definition of "re-charge" I was told it meant the same as "Re-fill".
