I have had charges to my debit card for $79.00 and $39.76 even after cancelling immediately after realizing that the customer satisfaction guarantee is worthless. The customer service hours are so bad that no one can call with valid concerns or complaints. It has shown up on my card Tea Francais, Metro Tea Direct and Seattle Coffee Direct. They stole money from my account over and over again and they are awful!!! Beware and steer clear of this company! I have contacted the Attorney General for the State of Ohio and am looking into what legal actions I can pursue. These companies are fraudulent and their offer is a total scam. read full review »
