Just a warning to anyone thinking of using these people. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks prior to my move. I was not told I had to pay additional fees. First warning: The office manager calls the day before my move to reschedule to an earlier time (10am). Ok fine. The movers don't show up until 12:45. No calls, i couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone until 12pm. THEN I was NOT told of additional fees by them until they arrived at my new place.
