I placed an order on 11/27/09 for one tree hill series box set, and ghost whisperer series box set. The customer service number listed on the website is for florida. However, when you actually call the number it is out of service. They also have a live chat that is available on their website. When you get a representative on the chat, every question that you ask them they avoid answering.
