I emailed them at [email protected] requesting cancellation and credit. I also sent a certified letter (USPS) to the address on the product bottle requested the account cancelled and a credit to my credit card. Fifteen days later on Nov 18, 2009, I received the Certified letter back saying there was "No Such Address" which evidently the address was fraudulent. The address on the product bottle is P O Box 1269, Naples FL 34101.

Product was returned and I have US Postal Service confirmation it was received by them at their address on Nov 6, 2009 at 11:55 am.
I was sent an email from support@colnx dated Mon Nov 2, 2009 that the account had been cancelled and after my returning the product unopened and with the RMA # 113064-112 on the package, I would receive a refund "between 2-4 weeks." It has been over 5 weeks and no refund. I have been charged $89.89 on my Visa account. I cannot find the website nor have contact with anyone at the email address. The... read full review »
