i too have been waiting since Aug 09 for my tax refund from Tax Returns Australia to be transferred into my account - it is now Dec 09 and still nothing and no communication from TRA! i lodged a complaint with the Tax Agents Board in Victoria, however, they advised me that they are not a registered Tax Agent and therefore, have no jurisdiction over them. they did give me the following mobile number for the MD - Kimberley Brown 0400 134 514 and her email address [email protected] if you want to bombard with calls and emails! read full review »
