I ordered trial bottle of Acai Berry from www.extremeacaiberry.com web site on 12/29/2009 and canceled my subscription(s) on 01/05/2009 (so, it is within 14 days allowed to cancel further shipments). I got a confirmation number from that company as well. So, it sounds good so far, right? No, they subscribed me without my consent to the fit -fac.com (aka Fit Factory) services and that site charged me $1.17 and $29.99 on 01/20/2009. How come?
