I ordered dining room furniture (table, 4 chairs and china cabinet) on 9/1/09. I paid $1995 via debit card. The furniture was supposed to be delivered in 20-80 days. I received a "confirmation by manufacturer" e-mail on 9/22 and nothing since. I called customer service the middle of November and was told that some people in the back hadn't been doing what they were supposed to do and that the 20-80 days were business days(Mon-Fri).
