I completed everything required on my loan modification trail period of three months. Paid on time, submitted all the required documents and was still denied. First excuse given is that I did not live on the property..I had sent a utility bill and all the communications have been coming to this property, I had not lived anyway else not even vacationed for the last four years. Second reason given last week when the second resubmit was denied was due to the value of my home having dropped. I could not believe, I did not ask them to lower the loan amount just keep the modification arrangement I was on during the try period. I cannot believe this.. read full review »
