I own a medical spa and had previously bought a hair removal laser from Syneron. After 3 years, my warranty was expiring. They offered me another 3 year extension of the warranty for $20, 000. I accepted at the time but only one month later changed my mind. I realized that there are much better hair removal lasers than Syneron's and that I could buy a used laser for the same price as Syneron's warranty.
