Warranty Direct is a scam company. I spent $1300.00 purchasing their top of the line extended warranty. My altenator went out and was repaired by an authorized dealer. Coverage was in order, the part was a covered part, and the repair facility was an authorized facility...yet Warranty Direct DENIED the claim. I got the impression this was a scam operation working out of some strip mall in New York.
