I purchased a timeshare back in October of 2003. I figured I would use it, so i've just paid the maintenance fees the last few years. I also notices that it was impossible to "rent" or resell the timeshares as stated in the fraudulent sales presentation. It turns out all the promises and too good to be true sales pitch was just that, false promises. Is there interest in a collective lawsuit? My purchase was around $6000 and it's paid in full. I actually just want to get out of the contract so I don't have to keep paying the maintenance fees. Is anyone in the same boat? read full review »
