In April of 2009 I notified Aurora Loan Services that I had lost a job and needed a lown modification to stay in my home. They agreed for 2 months and then decided that I had 25, 000 in savings, so I didn't qualify. Now that I have depleated my savings, they say I don't qualify. I had a renter for 3 months, so then I really didn't qualify. She then moved out on a years lease after 3 months.
