I expected an honest brake job. After all, they state "We really do care." I think they care only about running up the price, intimidating you to accept, then not honoring their warranty when you refuse to pay more than is needed. I turned down the over $300 repairs when their employee admitted it was not needed. When the manager got back he refused to honor the warranty and yelled a lot at me. He also said his employee would not say it was not needed. I hope the fellow did not get in trouble or fired for telling the truth. read full review »
