Order 1 pair of walk fit orthotics and was billed twice for orthotics and inserts. Tried to get a confirmation number to returned product. Was given a bogus number and their rep in Customer Service (India) asolutely no help. Was told that it can take 15 days to months before their warehouse can confirmed that the product was received. They are totally ripping off the consumer and the company could care less. I would appreciate it if this complaint can be posted on the web so that others can benfit from my experience.
