I have had Hughes Net for about a year and paying about $60.00 a month for nothing. We do not have DSL because I live in the country. I was told that we would get great service. We bought the equipment to avoid the monthly fee assuming that we would have great internet service. Well it has been down more than on. When we try to call and fix the problem we are told that it will cost a fee of around $50.00 and hour to talk to a service tech that is going to READ off of his computer the same things I can get on mine(when it is working).
