In September, we went to LensCrafters to make prescription eyewear for my wife. She made one pair as prescription sunglasses and another pair as progressives for her work and daily use. We were told initially it would be an hour and within minutes were told it would take 10 days because it was to be sent away to the lab. 9 days later we got a call saying there would be a delay because one lense was of the wrong prescription.
