The company has taken over 6 months and still not finished my website - told me it would take 2 days. I complained and they offered me a compensation package of website auditing software and then never installed it after 2 months of waiting. The customer service officer told me to email the CEO and he just ignored me despite the threat of involving a lawyer. I am not passing this onto legal authorities to handle.
