I was extremely annoyed to find that blue mountain had taken a years subscription from my account without my authorisation. I was completely unaware of any renewal agreement. I asked for the account to be closed immediately and that the money taken would be refunded. They closed the account but ignored the refund. I have been unable to make contact with bluemountain since. They do not reply. Why are companies allowed to behave in this way? This is nothing short of theft. I would not recommend that anyone deal with this company. read full review »
