Apparently I was browsing the web back in June, 2009 and looked at some get rich quick thing and signed up for something at a cost of $1.97 which if you don't cancel within a certain period of time, they bill you $79.90 every month thereafter. My bad. I didn't cancel and of course they started billing me the $79.90 every month. I called them after I noticed the charges and requested they cancel sometime in September.
