AT&T IS HORRIBLE FOR HI-SPEED INTERNET. I have to say the actual internet part works but in terms of the customer service and what they offer, forget it. I went with AT&T Hi-Speed because there was a deal going on making it cheaper than Comcast. AT&T screwed up in getting me service so it took about a month before I actually had an account. Once I got the account, they billed me 54.99 instead of 24.99.
