I shipped a not working monitor to be repaired under warranty in mid September 09, received email within days that it was repaired and being shipped back, and waited for weeks prior to calling for tracking #. They informed me it was never repaired, and that the part needed to repair was back-ordered. After numerous additional calls to find out status, I found out that the product was not entered into the repair process correctly, so it sat in limbo.
