They started shipping four orders of coffee in one week and charging our card. We called in September 2009 and cancelled the subscription and sent them back their coffee per their instructions. We were promised our refund by November 15, 2009. We did not receive it so we called on November 20, 2009 and they said it had been posted that day and we should have it in seven to ten business days. We still have not received it. They will not let us speak with a supervisor. They will not return voice messages left on their phones. They are obviously not a reputable business. read full review »
