I ordered some tea online from the T Salon. It was a green tea. I was shocked to find that the tea had a cockroach in it? I emailed to correct the problem and got no reply? I then called their corporate offices and spoke to the founder a very frightening woman. She was terribly rash in her sudden assumptions and promised no refund. It was disheartening enough that the tea was depraved with insects. I feel that the misrepresentation of quality and health benefits was a total fraud.
