We purchased carpet from Empire Today about 2 years ago for a rental house we own. The carpet was defective. They gave us a reduced price for the carpet. The installer was excellant and you could not see the seams in the berber carpet. Because of this we told the salesmen that we purchased carpet of our house. IT WAS DEFECTIVE!!! This is the company that says they will put your carpet in the next day. It took a couple of months to get them to return our calls.
