I placed an order for a magazine subscription in June, 2007. It is now Thanksgiving and I haven't received the first issue yet. My e-mails have gone unanswered and phone calls require waiting on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. Then I am placed on hold again until I have to hang up. I have been told 3 times in the last 2 weeks that they will get me an answer and call back, but I have received no call.
