TCF bank signed me up for online bank statement without my knowledge. Customer service claimed that when I signed up for online bill pay that I was automatically signed up to receive online bank statement. However today after having the service for over 6 months I was notified that I had to save or download my account information in order to receive statment. which would violate my right to privacy. I was told that I had to dissenroll my self in order to receive a bank statement in the mail. Customer service reps are sometime predjudice also. read full review »
