I cancelled this product within the 14 day trial period and was still charged for $86.93, about a week after I cancelled. When I called to inquire about the charge, the customer service rep told me that my cancellation was to "cancel the membership" and that the sample was "not free". In order to receive the refund back, I would have to return the trial sample. Luckily I didn't try it yet. I am still able to mail it back. The website claims it is a "Free Trial".
