I opted out of auto renewal 2 months before. Still was charged. When this happened I ogged into my account to find that it was listed as auto renewal. They make customers go through a lot of complicated steps to try to confuse you. When I switched to manual renewal they emailed me to alert me that this change had been made and wanted to know why. I replied that I would decide how to use my money. Now you see they ignored the change, erased the change and have submitted the annual charge. Beware of this company people. read full review »
