I just had such a shocking experience at the Verizon Wireless store run by United Telecom on union turnpike in Fresh Meadows. My phone's screen had stopped working and i had my phone replaced by the insurance company. When i entered the store to have my contacts and pictures transferred, the lady asked that i wait until she was finished with the other customers.
