i signed up to receive a onetime free sample from Tea Francais they charged me for the sample when i called to complain they told me to send it back and they would refund my money when i sent it back i never received a refund i received another package and i was charged again i called to coplain they told me that it took two billing cycles to refund the money this was in september i have never received a refund as of Dec. 8th november 27th i was charged $79 for a package from seattle coffee direct that i did not order and i can not get in touch of the company to request that they refund the $158 that they have charged me. read full review »
