Dear Sirs' I have been an Etisalat customer for 12 years... I have purchased an iphone 3G prepaid which cost me 2600AED on July15 2009. Im now unable to make out going calls and out going texts. I call 101 to speak to customer adviser and I'm put on hold for up to 45mins at a time before someone picks up the phone to deal with my request this happened on 3 occasions...
