Terms & Conditions state should have 7 day cooling off period. On 2nd day of plane arriving I e-mailed Remote Island to ask for returns authorisation code as plane was too big (not faulty). No reply. Another e-mail sent by me next day, also asking whether they had a contact phone number. No reply. I then sent another e-mail telling them I would send them a letter requesting this by registered post, as they would not answer my e-mails, which I did.
