I ordered a pair of the new Reebok Inspire shoes for my wife off of this site about a month ago and never received the shoes. I did receive an email saying my order had shipped, but the tracking number on the email found no packages. Last week I called customer service and was told they would have someone get in touch with me, but that it might be a day or so. After giving them plenty of time to call, I finally called back today.
