TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Website unclear about color of toys - wanted a blue or green toy got a pink toy. Cannot give a fluorescent pink toy to a boy!!! Instead of being accomodating, they were incredibly inflexible, did not even offer an exchange! They just said website states "colors may vary" but there was no where to choose a color! No customer service at all so just asked for a refund as didn't want to argue on the phone all day. Let's see if they honor the refund!!! Beware if you are ordering online from them and make sure you are specific with what you are ordering! read full review »
