Kutztown is a college town in Pennsylvania. My house has been robbed 3 times in the past two years. Once the incident is reported it's over. It seems there is never an investigation or anything being pursued to find the individual(s)responsible. The night of the incident my house was only one of 5 houses robbed. There were 5 0r 6 more robberies in the town over the next few days. Thousands of dollars have been stolen, including just around $10, 000 from my house alone.
