I was delivered a refrigerator that was scratched on the sides when being pushed threw my front door. The delivery people were very nice about it and filled out a form to have a replacement sent. The delivery people who arrived to replace it were very rude toward me and threatening. One of them asked me to help him take the refrigerator that was being replaced out my front door and asked to use my tools.
