We purchased a king size premier pillowtop mattress set and within a year had huge indentations mid-way. Plus it was causing back aches. I e-mailed the company to complain - received a call from their rep - resulting in the company picking up our mattress, removing some padding, and returning it (this took 3 days with no mattress). It worked fine for 4 months and now the back aches have returned as have the dips in the mattress. We are currently looking for a replacement set. Will not consider original mattress company.
