We spent $1755 on their "top of the line" Relaxation Response. We started out with the plush because I didn't want a pillowtop. We both woke up with terrible backaches. We went back to the store and he exchanged for a horrible pillowtop and we are heading back to the store today. We feel like we are trapped. They have our money and there's nothing we can do. I've talked with customer service and they are reading from the same script as the salesman. Buyer Beware Serta has gone downhill over the years.
