Bought a 18 bottle wine cooler, had a serious injury, so it sat unused for 6 months, it was plugged in and sat for another 6 months, probably opened the door 10 times max. Now it doesnt work, and not sure what to do. Ive called their phone number, and was put on endless hold, only to then get a recording that the office was closed. Never sent in the warranty information as I was in the hospital for months and totally forgot. Have all the receipts, and documentation, even the original sticker on the door. Obviously I've been taken on this so-called product that was advertised as the best. read full review »
