We have been a customer of One Communications for about a year now. We have had nothing but problems with our point to point. I wanted to have them terminate the contract but was unsuccessful. I have had over 50 times that my point to point went down. The last time it went down for 39 hours, the service department said that they couldn't find any problem with the point to point but; in the phone closet I had red lights on the comm board in both locations.
