I went in for one tooth filling and he, without even consulting me, decided that I needed two filled which were adjoining teeth, well when trying to get a metal clamp on one of the teeth, it somehow flew out of my mouth, striking the inside of my front tooth on it's way and broke it from the bottom to the top in a starburst pattern which is clearly visible, especially the major crack.
