Omwasa sends out fee changes in july 209. Fees to be concerning late fees cut off and reconnection . If your bill becomes 45 days late you will be charged $60.00 . This is not a cut off charge this just for being late ? You also get charged another $6.00 for being the first 30 days late . If your service cut off you are charged $55.00 ...
