I purchased a 50.00 Gift Card from Walmart back in August as a gift for my mother-in-law only to find out when she went to use it 2 weeks later that it only had 1.67 on it. We researched the purchases to discover that they had been made back in JUNE!! So I was told by 15 seperate people that I would be receiving the money, after two times of FIGHTING with a rep that there was NO WAY I am filing a dispute claim since there was NO WAY we made the purchases.
