I made a purchase of the Acai Berry fro a trial @ the cost of $.99. One month later a recurring charge appeared on my account. Below is a time line of my horrifying experience. 11/25/09 - Account cancelled. Rep states an order was sipped to my address. I never received this order. I spoke with a Supervisor - Patricia who requested I fax a copy of the original confirmation request that clearly did not include a statement regarding a recurring charge. This was done.
