I bought a Sony digital camcorder from them and they convinced me to buy an extra battery that when it was delivered was awkward and did not fit on the camera smoothly. I also was convinced to buy a two year extended service contract from them. The touch screen stopped working on the camera but when I contacted Broadway Photo they told me the company has now gone out of business.
